Get a good idea of what to expect and do when coming into Charlie’s Auto Body
If you’re coming in for an estimate, call ahead to cut down on wait time or just stop by.
Bring any paper work you may have received from your insurance company, like your claim number. Oftentimes we may have your information already because we work closely with several different insurance companies.
If you’re not using insurance, simply let us know what you would like repaired. Depending on your needs and budget, we can give several options on how to go about repairing the damages.
After coming in and receiving your free estimate, decide on whether or not you would like us to get started on repairs.
Once you decide, we can either order parts in advance for your vehicle or you can leave it with us right away to begin repairs. We can even set up your appointment with a rental car company, who will meet you on site when dropping off your car.
If an insurance company is paying for rental, they’ll prefer we order parts in advance to reduce turnaround time. This can take as little as a day or two to take place as we have multiple daily parts deliveries from the top dealers in the state.
Once repairs are complete and we have cleaned your vehicle, we will call to let you know that your car is good to go!
If you’re going through insurance, all you will pay is the deductible at the time of completion and your insurance company will pay the rest. Many times, the insurance company will send a check to you, so be sure to bring it in and endorse it when picking up your car.
Also, if you’re going through your insurance company, and we come across additional damage while repairing your vehicle, they will pay us directly and you won’t have to worry about collecting supplements.
